Due to ticket confirmed in RAC I have cancelled my travel on ** Jun **** from SKN to ANVT(Train No *****) with PNR Number **********(file TDR) and same day I booked ticket ** Jun **** from ALD to ANVT Train No ***** PNR No ********** coz no tickets available for same date jouney.
As per IRCTC reply claim repudiated and Reason for Repudiation/rejection: ,AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED. Sir If travel on ** Jun **** from SKN to ANVT(Train No *****) with PNR Number ********** then how next day I travel from ALD to ANVT Train No ***** PNR No **********.
I have send email on care@irctc.co.in but every time they rejected my refund on same line and previous data deleted from my IRCTC account. Many times I call to IRCTC but every time they give me unsatisfactory answer and closed my case. Every time I told him if i am traveled on **rd RAC ticket then how I travel on **rth Jun **** but they are not ready to think seriously on this matter.
Request you kindly resolve my problem.
