Dear Sir,
Please find my brief complain to IRCTC.
*.My ticket was booked (Total fare charge ** rs) : **-May-****
*.Travelling Date : **- May-****
* .IRCTC message came on **-May-****, *:** PM as below.

Your Tickets are not confirmed.
*. Ticket was automatically cancelled by IRCTC on **-May-****.
By above viewing above points, please note that we can not travel on train if you have waiting listed ticket. and also IRCTC have guideline in cancellation policy that Such waiting listed ticket will be cancelled automatically through system and full refund will be credited back without deducting any cancelation.
However IRCTC had not refunded full amount of money. they had refunded only **rs. IRCTC had told reason that Ticket was cancelled and as per IRCTC policy **rs + agent charges deducted but there is no any such rule. I have attached cancellation policy PDF copy with yellow highlighted in page No.*.
I dropped so many mail to IRCTC care for resolution but they never answered properly.
I hope you understand my question. if required , please call me undersigned.
I humble requestig to get resolve the issue against such Cancellation Scandle by IRCTC.
