On **.**.** air ticket booked from my debit card through irctc air ticket booking app from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar.
But ticket status not booked but amount deducted from my account Rs ****.**.
Transaction no **********
One more tran no **********.
So far the amount not refunded to my account.
I have sent the email along with attached bank statement to flights@irctc.co.in.
No response. Please help me to get a refund of money.
