Airtel - IPHONE PRE BOOKING

I saw an add on airtel thanks app on **th October **** and pre booked iphone ** pro *** gb pacific blue MRP ***** RUPEES And paid booking amount ***, on **th October i receive a mail your amount is being refunded and I immediately wrote an mail to airtel to confirm my order and deliver what was promised, and I also wrote an mail saying I have not requested for a refund and I received a mail from airtel saying they are looking into the issue and wait for ** to ** hours and on **th October **** I receive a mail saying visit the nearest airtel store and I went to an airtel store in Broadway, Chennai ( Broadway branch) and spoke to the branch manager sasirekha and she told she is unable to take this request and asked me to write a mail again, and I've sent an email to airtel saying I'm talking this issue legally
