On the first day i was facing some issue with my iphones ** display, when my phone did not have any single black spot on day * , I informed the apple service center and they told me that the service center is currently closed. Due to covid, we will pick up your phone in * days for sure and it will recover under warrenty.
But in these six days it happened that only lines appeared in the display of my phone and it was not treated early(as ur service centre was closed) and so the display of my phone got black spot and now the service center is refusing to take my phone just bcoz of that black spot. When the lines came, Apple support was notified and photos videos were also sent to Apple support.
In all these cases, even though there is nothing wrong with me, my phone is not being repaired just because the problem with display increase more day by day and it was not treated early as your service centre was closed so the display problem became more severed due to late diagnosis. If your service center was open inthat period there is no problem i need to face, i request u to fix my phone my phone is just * months old
