Manoranjan Panda filed complaint against Apple on Oct 30, 2018
I ordered an iPad from Flipkart on **th October and it got delivered on **nd October. Order ID: OD******************. They sent me the product with accessories missing and also the device has scratches on it. I made a replacement request * times, every time they say replacement request has been taken and the replacement will be delivered to you at earliest and then, they will cancel the replacement within *-** hours. They cancelled my replacement request * times and return request * time. They have mentally harassed me and playing with me with their false promises since October **nd. The return period is also going to be over, which is ** days. What shall I do now? Can i expect any justice here?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
