Invoice not provided by App or company.
I have complained * times to ola customer care on email, twice with screenshots. App is not generating invoice since ** days. Despite repeated requests and complaints, ola bot response is always the same. Ask me to follow step by step process to get the invoice. Despite following the steps and not getting the resolution, they keep on replying with the same automated message.
Result -
*. I still don't have an invoice ** days after the trip.
*. Without the invoice, I could not ask my office for reimbursement and had to incur the cost myself.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
