I renewed/upgraded my wifi plan on **th July ****. Since then I'm facing internet speed issues so I had talked to customer care *-* times and got to know that I would be getting a new dual band router which could support ***mbps speed and therefore a complaint has been registered for the same few days back.I have also registered complaint through their app several times. Moreover, I have also wrote many mails(around *-**) to the helpdesk, nodal officer and appealleate authority. But unfortunately my issue has not been resolved. they respond to mails but take no action. Since then till now , around ** days have passed and the router has not been installed. And we have paid a huge amount. We asked for refund but got no response. Please take necessary action in this issue.
