I have taken a new connection Timbl Broadband on **th Apr'** by paying Rs. **** for subscription, *** for installation charges and **** for security Charges. The connection was not working properly and having issue in every *-* days and every time they are taking *-* days for the resolution after calling the customer call center many times. I have registered more than ** complaints till date form **th Apr'**. My last complaint lodged on **st Jul'** bearing Ticket ID *******C*** and they are not bothering about the complaint registered on **st Jul'**. My job is work from home because of COVID and I am not able to working from last ** days and I have been marked as absent because of this worst broadband services. Now I am irritating from Timbl as I am having financial losses included in it.
