Shashi filed complaint against GTPL broad band service on Jan 7, 2022
I am encountering continuous problem with there GTPL provider and they dont have right team to handle issue and dont have customer support set. I had faced an issue * weeks ago but still the issue was not resolved and no one bothering about the customer .i did sent an email about articualting all my problem but no response .find the email below.
Hi,
I have been facing internet slowness issue, so I made a call to helpdesk on **.** to resolve the issue, ETA was given ** hours to resolve the issue but no action was taken, then the next day I lost the internet connectivity .i had given a call to help desk to check about the status, team said that issues because of migration work and it will be resolved in ** hours. Today a representative has come at * pm and verified the router and confirmed that issue will be resolved in ** min. I have given a ca to representative after ** min but he said that I dont know when the issue will be resolved.
I am it employee I had taken *months internet subscription. my all the work depends on the internet so I except the service with in * hours and I can't wait more than ** hours to fix the issue.
