GTPL broad band service - Failure in Service

Dear Sir/MadamPlease take some legal action on this to concern the department of GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. by giving numerous timelines and not doing work as per their services guideline policy.
Very Very Poor Service of GTPL Broadband connection

as on **/**/**** our main line close i register complain as on **/**/**** Complaint No.******** called to +**-********** talked with Heena Madam at Time *:**PM at that they told within ** or ** Hours will solve this problem.
again i called on **/**/**** same Number talked with Mr.Hitesh at *;**PM they told that main line problem solved out team contact you within ** hours Net connection will start, but onone was came and not started
so again i called on **/**/**** same Number talked with Archna Madam *;**PM they told that you have personal side problem will take your personal Complain No.******** and told again that within ** hours will solve this problem,but onone was came and not started
will wait upto **/**/**** again i called on same Number talked with Payal Madam *;**AM again they told same answer our team work on that will take ** hours after that line transfer to Senior supervisor Monika Madam she told that i give you commitment i discussed with our team within this day your connection will strat (before end of this **/**/****),

but as on on **/**/**** Time *;**PM still not Connection strat. I also contacted with Rajkot GTPL executive but every time they told me to wait they will update you.
I have all above communication records for that type of service provided by GTPL company
Again I request to please take some legal action on this to concern the department of GTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd. by giving numerous times wrong time given and not doing work as per their services guideline policy.
