GTPL broad band service - GTPL internet connection is not working

GTPL internet connection is not working for the last * days. when I registered a complaint they automatically closed my complaint without my consent and otp to close the complaint. they said our team is working but do not know where they are working. I had to bear heavy financial loss due to bad customer service as they promised me we will resolve the issue in ** hours but after * days still, my internet is not working. I want to file a legal complaint against Ashish Rajput and Vishal Chauhan who is responsible for my financial loss and for not providing service on time. whenever I tied to register my complaint they always respond to me issue will resolve in ** hours and our team is working. I know no one is working there and when visited the office they do not respond to me properly. I am heavily affected financially and mentally by these people. I do have all proof of my complaints and recorded calls to which they responded.
