My internet has stopped working from the past few days and it is really inconvenient to carry on with my tasks. Due to the imposed lock down I have to work from home which requires internet connection. I have also been mentally suffering due to no internet as I'm not able to connect to my family and also don't have access to the news which is essential in these tough times. I also do not have access to online food and grocery delivery services or to any social media. Hence, it is essential that I have an internet connection. I have made several complaints however there was no response on their end. Kindly help me.
