I have been severely distressed by Airtel and facing discrimination aswell.
Please advise on next steps.
Details of the case are as below:
*) Airtel fibre connection is down is November **th **** for me.
*) I logged several complaints.
*) Issue not resolved till today ,December **st and they are even refusing access to Nodal and even refusing refund.
My plan details:
Plan rental: Rs. *** /month
ARP amount: Rs ****
Duration : * months
Start date: **-OCT-**
End Date: **-JAN-**
Plan quota: unlimited GB
Plan speed: *** Mbps
Unlimited local and STD calls
