I enrolled for a * months service of ** mbps with Hathway, starting *st Feb ****. Since ** days now, i am constantly facing internet issues. The representative told me that Hathway don't have infrastructure to provide constant ** mbps speed which was promised to me. **% of the time, the speed is not more than *mpbs. I told if that was a case, they should have not plans for ** mbps. I told anyways, let me take another internet service provider. The representative told they cannot refund the money even though i understand we are unable to provide you speed of ** mbps.
