Railwire broadband - Internet not working and not getting any solution

Installed Railwire broadband by paying Rs. **** some months it worked fine but from last month I’m just paying not getting internet as per plan. And I have raised ticket and that ticket getting close without any solution. And from last * days I’m not getting internet so I called to support but not got any solution and local operator also checked but nothing worked now local operator is not picking calls also. So I want to cancel connection with this network provider and needs my investments return.
