I have a business and I handle all Online promotions from home. My biggest mistake was to choose You Broadband as an ISP. My Internet is down from *rd June **** till today *th June ****. I've been calling them everyday since the problem, and every time I call, All they say is " Our technicians will call you in * hours to fix the issue " I obliged and waited for them to fix, Thus kept my Online work on Hold. Now it's been * days and still no ones had turned up not even called me. I realized I lost Rs **** on facebook adverts ( Advertising on facebook ) because i did't have internet to moniter my work. I called them today and politely asked them for full refund as I have paid for * months of service in advance. The guy had the audacity to tell refund is not possible. After talking to him more, he said he will initiate the disconnection and refund will take place after ** Bank working days. Is this a Joke? I need help.
