Hathway Hyderabad - Internet Issue from day 1 of new connection since 3 days

From Day * (**-Sept-****) where I got a new broadband connection, there is no internet. I called some hundred times to the customer care and no one is responding properly with the correct time of resolution.
I got frustrated and raised a request for disconnection of the services yesterday, even though that is getting delayed.
