This is Nilesh here,
I have registered a case against you to The Government National Consumer Court few months ago
We had bought a wifi connection in May ****
From June **** we are having speed problem only for * hour a day we get *mbps speed and then it's gone.

We contact your customer service they turn on the wifi for *hr and then again off.
It's been * months we are having no internet and we have contacted your team *** times they say we will forward it to technical team.
Useless technical team.
We are fed up and we have no wifi for * months they say it's your backhand team issue providing the internet.
I want my refund right away or else it will be bad for you.

No response.
It's a very bad thing
