I am facing internet issue from last * months which is likely down out of every week * to * days. So when I lodge a complaint about resolution after ** to ** hours they fill to fix the issue and again it will be disconnected.
This process is from last * month I am tired of complaining, sending emails to nodal officer all other teams there but no proper fix has been done. So my patience is verged now and not able to continue the service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
