i am facing internet connectivity issue from couple of months and from last two months it has been reached i am facing internet connectivity issue from couple of months and from last two months it has been reached heights.
after couples of follow ups and escalations, even the issue still persist.
act help line even do not care about consumer pain and suffer.
they are post pone the issue every tinme whenever complaint raised, but no solution as of now,i am paying the monthly pay every month regular with amount of rupees ***.
i warned couple of times to them will seek cunsumer court help even they could not provide any proper solution.
this issue is at nellore district naidupet ******.
expecting the proper help from your side, reaching out you after high frustration.
