Airtel - Internet Connection shifting

We have done internal wiring at our home. The *st complaint logged on**.**.****. still it is pending to connect the router to internal wire. I am following from **.**.**** and so many tickets were raised and closed without my knowledge. I have done ** call to customer care and and among which talked to Escalation team. Still it is not solved a simple connection. And also i have tried with so many service engineers in our area, no response.
