Excitel is an Internet service provider but from the connection date till now it's never worked. I kept following up them for resolution but they keep saying the same "will be sending the technician". Days passed, but issue not resolved and some times rude behaviour from them also. gGt this headache by paying. I complaining this because someone should not suffer like me again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
