I got Act service reconnection on **th August by paying *month subscription for Act Premium Combo. At the time of connection they said that relocation charges will be waived off if I go for *month subscription plan which includes OTT apps. As per that I have made the payment of ₹ *,***/-. After that I got a connection but OTT apps was not activated. For the same I have done follow for almost **days got it activated. Now without any information internet is deactivated stating need to relocation charges. From morning I done multiple follow up for service activation. But they're are asking that they don't have access for reactivating the service until I make the payment for relocation charges which is not acceptable.
