Vodafone accepted network issue in USA internaional roaming, accepted to remove datapack and related roaming charges due to poor quality or drop calls or one way hearing faced during calling. ** days Pack **** was removed but instead they charge regualar call charges for bad network issues.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
