Once upon a service center visit, I found myself facing an unexpected challenge with my vehicle. A peculiar noise near the headlight prompted me to seek assistance at the Indirnager service center. However, what seemed like a routine check unveiled an internal issue—an unforeseen damage to the top part, painted in a distinct red hue, with two clips affected.
To my surprise, the service center staff attributed this internal damage to the cause of the noise. Yet, when it came to warranty coverage, their stance puzzled me. They insisted that only damage to the lower part would be covered, leaving the repair of the top part—a clear case of internal, non-accidental damage—categorized as a paid service.
Despite my earnest explanations that this damage stemmed from a manufacturing fault, not from any accidents or external factors, the resolution remained elusive. Frustrated by the impasse, I sought legal advice, hoping to understand my rights and explore avenues for a fair resolution.
In this unexpected turn of events, the quest for a solution led me to seek counsel, navigating through the complexities of warranty coverage and fair treatment.
