Amazon - Intended product not received

Deepak Balkrishna Harke filed complaint against Amazon on Aug 16, 2019

I have ordered Realme Note* Mobile Smartphone through Amazon App on *th Aug **** and payment for the same done on *th Aug through online credit card payment. I received parcel on **th Aug **** through courier. After opening the parcel, I found that box contains * Ghadi detergent cakes, in place of smartphone mobile. This iccident I reported to Amazon customer care on **th Aug and requested to deliver correct product by **th Aug ****. Amazon Customer care promised me that they will revert by **th Aug ****. During this process, my product delivery will get delayed and I will get suffered a lot. Attaching herewith video of product parcel opening and snaps of order details and parcel package details.
