The DevOps course was not suitable for me as per instructor guidelines, the course was a beginner level I did not attend any demo session, I paid **k on FEB *TH ****, and after I got Acces to application all the contents are for freshers, So I called to instructor Harsha Patnaik he did not even mention about cancellation instruction while on registration now he is telling me that you won’t be able to cancellation now, and after I got access also he did not send any invoice bill for me, he did not respond properly for a refund the amount, The course is not suitable for me I don’t want to continue this anymore please initiate the refund amount, So don't waste your hard-earned money on them, they are ruthless and don't even bother your multiple requests, problems and your valuable time.
I told them to refund my money and I don't want to proceed with this course, even I have not attended any of their session since the beginning.
But still, they are not refunding my money back. Before registration, they will have a call with you for more than an hour, you registered they won’t call you back and won’t respond properly pleases before joining please have a clear call with them, I hope this complaint will help me,Please refund my *** % amount
