i was booked flight from Goibibo from DELHI to TERRACE CANADA travel date * april ****. due to COVID ** all flight schdule suspended by all countries. Goibibo sent mail to me that they will provide credit voucher that can i used in future for same booking for same pessanger. i was cheked with airline same is cancelled by them but goibibo didnt reflect anything on their customer protal. also DGCA ordered to all airlines to refund full amount which is effected due to COVID**. no responce from GOIBIBO. and i want full refund not a credit voucher.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
