Apps Daily Solutions Pvt Ltd - Insured phone not returned by the company.

I bought a samsung galaxy s* edge on **-oct-**** worth **,***/- from aligarh and got it insured from apps daily solutions pvt ltd. and they took ****/- for the insurance and their policy was for damaged and theft of phones. My phone got stolen on the eve of **-nov-**** and apps daily asked me to file an FIR and submit **% of the bill's amount which is **,***/- inr and they will provide me a refurbished phone in the next ** working days. but now its been almost * months and i have not heard about my phone or anything from the company and they have accepted all the money. they have stopped answering my mails and phone calls and their office in aligarh is also closed. I've become helpless as i'm an engineering student im facing alot of difficulties because of not having the phone and i'm physically handicapped as well. I'm suffering a mental agony and i want a s* now as s* have become outdated but it as latest when i bought it with the compensation amount.
