*) apple iphone *s **gb silver colour was purchased from tirupathi electronics vide bill invoice number tpjt/**/**** with an amount of Rs.**,***/- (fifty seven thousand five hundred rupees only) bearing an Product imei number of *************** dated **/**/**.
*)Further an insurance was also purcahsed for the protection of the product apple iphone from tirupathi electronics based on the benefits available and stated by the insuarance company and by tirupathi electronics vide bill number tpjt/**/**** with an amount of Rs.*,***/- (four thousand only) dated **/**/**.
*)later in the month of febraury **** risk occured and the process has started with the insurance company and paid an extra compulsory deductible amount of Rs.*,***/- through online link by credit card, so as to start the process of replacement of product as the product of apple gets replaced mostly.
*)claim process was generated and a cin was provided for further communication and the Claim Intimation Number is adn_******_*********.
*)Later in the month of march **** the product was picked up by the courier and then in the month of april it was sent to repair procedures and so and finally the product was dispatched in the month of may ****.
*)Later when the product was received the screen was changed by the insurance persons but the problem was that the process which they followed was not according to the guidlines stated thereof by apple manufactures and neither by the policies stated by such insurance company with which the operating sysytem has been crashed and camera and some other parts of the phone was majorly crashed.
*)further i have consulted the conquer technologies (registered dealer of apple iphone) as my warranty was still in place and thought they would help me in that step where the product was totally collapsed by the insurance company, and then after verifing such company has stated that the insurance people have put a wrong display and later was repaired in an unauthorised service center with which the product credibility was lost and the product was damaged internally and has been destroyed by the insurance people.
*)i further have got a service report in written format from conquer technologies bearing job number HO*********** Dated **/*/****. and diagnosis stating that after checking the device, it has duplicate display and it is available for out warranty service., with which my warranty tenure was collapsed due to Apps daily.
*)Later i tried contacting the Customer care support for support and i find the number and email id not to be working and no response was available and further after that i have reached the retailer of tirupathi elctronics and got an executive number named Samson and escalated the issue and have sent all the documents and information required and the problem was not solved and the was postponed then and there and later there was no availability from apps daily too.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
