Apps Daily Solutions Pvt Ltd - Insured phone not delivered by the company

I bought a Samsung galaxy s* edge on **-oct-**** from aligarh for **,***/- rs and got it insured by apps daily solutions pvt ltd in **** rs. their policy covered damage and theft of the phone. unfortunately my phone got stolen on **-nov-**** in aligarh. as it was insured i called up the company and they asked for an first information report (fir) to the police and ** % of the bills amount in cash which is **,***/- inr and their policy states they will return the phone in the next ** working days. but it's been almost * months since then and i have not heard anything from the company. i kept on calling them on a regular basis and they say that it will take more time and now they have stopped picking up the calls and reverting to the emails. I'm an engineering student and facing alot of difficulties because of not having my phone and im physically handicapped as well hence facing more issues. I want a s* now instead of s* because its out of date now. and the time i bought it was new with the compensation amount of * lakh rupees for the mental agony i've sufferred.
