Sir,
I have been using happyeasygo for some time now, not knowing that their insurance against flight cancellation claims is bogus. I have cancelled Trip ID : ****************** some * months back hoping that I would get my insured amount back but the refund still hasn't been credited. I have also recently cancelled another insured Trip ID : ****************** but again, no refund received. The customer care number is never answered, my recent correspondence with them has gone silent, no query is replied on the website, Nothing! Please expedite the process of my refund against cancellations. The trip IDs are again mentioned below for Refund against Cancellations:
