One assist - Insurance service not provided

I had purchased a mobile insurance plan of Rs-***/ by one assist company for Mi note * pro but still, service is not provided by one assist. The company is saying that your mobile damage first-time claim file complicated on one assist but without benefit, my claim rejected by one assist. I have second-time mobile damage claim resister so company say that your first claim rejected for any reason the second time your mobile firstly was repaired by Mi service centre then you claim on one assist. I have paid Rs. ***/ in advance of one assist then why will I repair my phone from mi service centre as my phone repair only by one assist.
