I had been paying premium for * years now. My phone Redmi Note * Pro fell on the ground and the screen got chipped in the edge and the back glass broke.
Since i had the insurance i raised a claim. The phone was repaired and sent back to me. To my surprise the front camera Started collecting dust, which does not happen in case of a original screen. And the back glass glue started separating.
I raised a claim regarding the same sand i haven't received any response for the same.
I have proof that the device was repaired at a *rd party vendor and not the Authorised Service Center, They even took pictures on my phone of the shop in which the device was being repaired. Attaching the photos for the reference.
Please note The device was with One Assist when these images were taken.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
