One assist - Insurance refused

I had insured my Mi k** phone for Rs. **** my daughter' drooped it from the bike it broke in the edge of the display & flikkerd * times then I off the phone then it was working at night it fell from the bed & in the morning it started flikering then stopped working & my daughter without my knowledge got afraid that it got repaired because of her & she registered a complaint saying that it fell from the cot & then a person from one assist called next day & asked to elebroate the way it happened then I told it fell from the bike then the next day they called & said there was to different reasons for the repair but there was only one reason given in the complaint by my daughter & because they asked me I told first it fell from bike in the morning then I requested every senior person who spoke from one assist & they needed some reason to reject my claim we insure for accidental damages but they ask all silly questions & pull out words from us & record it & give invalid reasons for refusing our claim .I request please punish this type of companies who give us stress & mental tension they collect from people crores of money & cheat .
