I claimed for my device and they said provide jobsheet for your earlier minor repair which they say should be done by me. Earlier i claimed for a minor damage but due to my exams i was unable to give my phone and their executive said that you can claim it again easily but never told me of jobsheet and now when im in need of a claim they say please provide jobsheet of previous repair.
My phone is not even opened once and now its their duty to get it repaired as i paid **** as premium for a year and they just closed my claim again saying lack of documents
