Flip Kart - Instead of unsuccessful transaction they started emi and keep deducted money from my account leads

I tried to purchase a phone nokia *.* plus on october ** ****, first i tried to make transaction via debit card emi of icici bank, but it was showing they less credit limit so transaction was not done, then i again tried via hdfc credit card then it goes successful, and finaly i got my phone and keep paying emi on hdfc card, few month later after * months i noticed my negative cibil score and noticed a emi is running from icici bank debit card which was not successful at that time and not got any product from it, then i tried to call flipkart & icici bank both almost ** times to cancel my emi and remove remark from my cibil, they keep passing the ball to each other keep saying like a parrot that you need to contact to your bank they will resolve, and bank saying flipkart given this instruction to deduct and they have already paid that amount to flipkart. Nobody is ready to help me out and even they are not ready to pass the phone to their senior or nay person who can check what goes wrong, even i was ready to give virtual account id in which bank has deposited that amount and emi transaction is running. Would like to ay flipkart is just a fraud company and never shop from them. They are now keep making fraud of huge amount like *****. I've to pass just a mental agony now a days. dont know where i'll get justice.
