This is to inform you that my product of little's baby diaper has been delivered on **/**/**** along with diaper I had another product which was supposedto be delivered today itself that is Groviva supplementary which has not been delivered and the delivery executive charged me Rs **** instead of Rs *** when I asked him is the money of Rs **** for both the products he said Yes and he said since my QR code scanner is not working pay via Gpay on his contact number ********* after opening the package I realized only * product is packed that of diaper & Groviva is missing. After an hour another delivery executive came to deliver Groviva for which he said to pay for the product. I explained him everything he said Madam you have been cheated as you should never do payment to any number instead use the QR code scanner only. What’s my mistake here I don't understand why does Amazon hires such fraud executives. I need my product of Groviva product back to me at the earliest. And since morning I’m trying to reach the executive he didn’t attend my call even once and now his number is switched off. What an marvelous service from Amazon. Immediately I had informed to Amazon customer care representative regarding the incident they have mailed the conversation also. Do you think that I shall lie for Rs ***. I would request Amazon to terminate such agents who are frauds and who harass the customer.
