I ordered my food from Swiggy. First ** mins the driver was not assigned after that driver picked my food and he went in the opposite direction from my home location. He didn't pick up my calls nor reach me after reaching my location and marks it delivered. I talked to swiggy support and they couldn't reach the delivery person as well. This is purely a scam done by swiggy deliveries.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
