Mehul Parkhiya filed complaint against Airtel on Jan 13, 2025
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel for deceptive fraud practices, breach of trust, and refusal to address my grievances. I subscribed to Airtel services under the promise of a cable fiber connection. However, contrary to their commitment, Airtel installed an AirFiber connection instead, which does not meet my requirements and expectations. Despite multiple assurances from their sales team, the service provided is entirely different from what was promised at the time of subscription. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I immediately requested Airtel to cancel the service and issue a refund. Unfortunately, the company has outright refused to cancel the service or provide any reimbursement for the amount already paid. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I have faced undue mental stress and inconvenience as a result of their actions.
