Livepure water purifier - Installation service not done

I’ve paid for live pure service son *nd June and the machine came on **th June. Till **th June the installation is not done. With repeated calls and reminders, they didn’t send technicians. Till now no technician came and w asked for cancellation they are not allowing us as the free time is gone.
Without even giving a drop of water and used their services they have all my money and giving very bad response.
