Livepure water purifier - AMC SERVICE NOT PROVIDED SINCE AUG 2024

I used livepure water purifier since ****. And always purchased ACMC service which provide servicing of purifier throughout ACMC contract..now my letest ACMC service is from **/**/**** To **/**/****. But since Aug **** no service provided by compy even though I registered complaint for service since ** June **** yet company failed to deliver service. During these one and half month I repeatedly call to customer but company' not able to deliver service.So I want my ACMC SERVICE charges refund which is around rs *****/-.please do needful.
