I ordered a Panasonic Side by Side refrigerator from E-retailer Flipkart. The Refrigerator was delivered on **th December with installation to be done on **th December. Flipkart did not send anyone for installation until now. And now it has cancelled the installation service. I was not able to use the refrigerator for last ** days and also had to keep asking them when they will send someone for installation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
