Flipkart - Installation not done

I purchased an Onida washing machine from flipkart, it was delivered on **/**/**** and the installation is still pending. We have been trying to reach flipkart through call and all that we get back is IVR saying our customer care agent will get in touch and what happens next is savage that they give missed call followed by a message saying, "Hi we tried to reach you but you're not available and so on." This is happening ever since the product got delivered. Also we started getting message mostly everyday stating that the product will be installed today and as usual nothing after that. I called Onida today and the Rep told me that flipkart has updated the comments has customer will call back and they will check further. We are customers and we pay for what we get, meaning we have rights to get what we deserve and what was promised. This might sound crazy but trust me it's creating mental pressure and ruining things in family. I tried returning the product but flipkart isn't helping on that too. I am totally irritated and regret buying from flipkart. I just hope someone at least will address this issue and get it sorted.
