Vinayak filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Dec 4, 2019
I booked a new ACT broadband connection online for my Bangalore house on **th November **** using my dad's account which is in existing connection in Coimbatore. An amount of rs. **** which is inclusive of the installation fee was paid. I was also asked to provide my documents and address proof for the same. However, there has been absolutely no response from the team. No Sales executive contacted me after that. Kindly help me resolve this issue.
