I ordered Lloyd split AC through Jio Mart app on ** April **** along with resq installation service of *** rs. My ac got delivered on ** April ****. But even after waiting for * days no one came to install my AC. I made so many calls and raised complaints but no one from Jio Mart came to install my AC. Finally they told me that my installation service has been shortpicked and my amount will be refunded by ** April **** EOD. But now they are saying that no amount will be refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
