I was purchase this laptop on **/**/**** and within * month I'm start facing the touchpad lagging and freezing issue. There serveral time raised request to Dell support for issue i'm facing. Dell has replace touchpad the more than * time, motherboard more than * times and restore/hard reset window * times. But my problem still persist. I have personally visited to the dell services center Dombivli to show laptop issues. They suggest me trail run process where disconnecting the keyboard to check problem cause. but no use after that they did the window reset to ensure the issue will not be repeat it again. In some day issue still persist. After discussion with Dombivli location service center manager confirm me that this issue appearing in the many Inspiron laptop. By replacement of touch pad and mother board issue will not resolve.
Dell is not ready to accept this manufacturing defect and not replacing laptop. I'm unable use full fledge this laptop due to this issue.
I have spend my hard money to purchase laptop from such big company dell. but unfortuntly after taking precautions this laptop useless for me. I wasted all my money Now NO dell is incompetent to resolve this issue.
I am requesting dell to replace the laptop or refund my money.
