Yesterday, **th sep, **, I ordered from zomato. But the way delivery boy delivered it was really disappointing and his behaviour added to the displeasure. His name is Sanjay. And when I complained to the zomato then they threatened me to accept the order otherwise they will close my cash on delivery. This is highly disgusting. First order is delivered in wrong method then you only close our cod option.
Please look into this .and the delivery boy, Sanjay, kept the food on the steps where the street dogs sit. This is an inappropriate demeanour. Also, he was rude to us, he said” ni lena to mt lo, me vapis le ajata hu” highly disappointed. And the zomato customer care providers also threatened us to accept the order otherwise they will cancel our cash on delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
