Volkswagen India - Inherent manufacturing defects in a brand new VW Taigun purchased from Lally Motors Chandigarh

With much anticipation of enjoying a great experience with a Volkswagen product,  I purchased a new WV Taigun *.* Manual Petrol version for my wife, earlier this year, from Lally Motors, Chandigarh. Much to my dismay, in a weeks time from the purchase, I realized that this car is plagued with multiple inherent manufacturing defects!  I sent a detailed email to the dealer as well as VW supported by a video and expected them to respond appropriately. However, even after months and after being served ** email reminders, VW play the avoiding game and did not show the courtesey and professionalism to respond appropriately and confirm that the issues prevailing in the brand new car will be corrected ***% to my satisfaction, at their own cost.

I think by now this is an open secret that VW Taigun vehicles have been launched with inherent defects - as can be seen from multiple reviews on different web portals and discussion forums. The sad part is that in our country there does not seem to be any accountability or else how does one explain that a company like VW is launching a half-baked product in the market and then has the audacity not to respond to customer complaints despite ** email reminders sent and neither does the company feel obliged to call for a vehicle recall for all units sold and correct all defects this model had been launched with.

Here is a list of my concerns:

*. Why was a brand new vehicle delivered by the dealer without a proper QC check?
*. Is it normal for VW and the dealer to sell  cars which have so many inherent quality problems?!! It further makes me thnk that there may be other inherent issues which may crop up in the long run and cause trouble
*. When a company does not respond appropriately to a customer who is sharing his grievience in no unclear words, to me it implies that the company is already aware of the inherent defects in their product or else the company would have immediately come forward and assured me that they stand behind their product and will rectify all defects immediately at their own cost. It's been ** months now and Volkswagen is not bothered one bit!
*. Power window button - driver side: This is clearly defective. When we press the button up, on the already half down window, the window moves down (instead of moving up). Please see attached video. This was shared with your dealer within approximately a week from the date of purchase of the vehicle, supported by a video which clearly demonstrated the working defect in the window. (This defect is highlighted all over the internet by various Taigun owners)
*. Front window (passenger side): On use, a vertical mark is seen on the window. This is from inside of the car. Further, the window makes a loud weird noise when the window is moved up or down. (video shared with VW)
*.  Loud pop sound observed from within the cabin on multiple occasions. This is not normal and something does not seem right, and this may be an indication of something major brewing.
*. AC was found lacking and ineffective in summers esp. when the car was driven in slow moving traffic. (VW has officially accepted the car has an AC problem)
*. Vibrations observed at times inside the cabin esp. when the engine starts (and this is not a deisel engine)
*. Creaking noise observed from doors when the car goes over rough patches of road. This is poor build quality and does not give a feel of driving a premium vehicle. A slight press on the accent trim at the front dashboard also evokes a creaking noise.
**.  Handbrake - is not effective even when pulled all the way up. The car rolls back even on surface with a slightest of incline.  
**.  Car braking is not effective as on hard braking we found the stopping distance a bit too much for our comfort.  
**   When we press on the 'air rotation' icon, the AC switches on by itself. We have tried all modes here but the AC is switching ON at all modes. Should this be happening?! video shared with VW and the dealer.
